These special deals are for FIRST TIME clients only. If you've been to Skincare by Tanya previously, you are no longer a first time client and not eligible to use these deals a second time.


**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy**  


Skincare by Tanya requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment, and a credit card number on file is needed to hold your reservation.  Cancellations with less that 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service that was scheduled.  No Call/No Shows will result in a 100% charge of the service that was scheduled. By scheduling with me, you hereby acknowledge that you understand this cancellation policy.  This applies to all clients, including pay as you go and memberships. For clients with packages purchases, failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule will result in a redemption of one facial from your package.

Prepaid packages need to be used within 12 months of starting the package. 


**Extractions in Facials**  


Extractions are only available with Signature and Luxe Infusion Facials.  You must be on recommended Roccoco home care routine for 3-4 weeks prior to facial treatment and remain on recommended home care to continue to receive extractions during facial treatments.  It is recommended to check your hair care and cosmetics for any pore clogging ingredients.  For your convenience please reference the Comedogenic Ingredients and Acne Safe Beauty Products pages.

**Product Purchases**  


Refunds will be given on un-opened product within 7 days of purchase.  If you experience any sensitivity or allergic reaction to the product purchased,  you may exchange the product for a different product or use that amount as a credit towards your next service.
