These special deals are for FIRST TIME clients only. If you've been to Skincare by Tanya previously, you are no longer a first time client and not eligible to use these deals a second time.

 

**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy**  

 

A valid credit card on file is required for all appointments. 

 

Skincare by Tanya requires at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment, and a credit card number on file is needed to hold your reservation.  Cancellations with less that 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 75% of the service that was scheduled.  No Call/No Shows will result in a 75% charge of the service that was scheduled. By scheduling with me, you hereby acknowledge that you understand this cancellation policy.  This applies to all clients, including pay as you go and memberships. For clients with packages purchases, failure to give 48 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule will result in a redemption of one service from your package.

**Product Purchases**  

 

Refunds will be given on un-opened product within 5 days of purchase.  If you experience any sensitivity or allergic reaction to the product purchased,  you may exchange the product for a different product or use that amount as a credit towards your next service.

**VIP Memberships**  

 

All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. VIP Membership benefits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Discounts and perks apply only during the active membership period.

**Packages**  

 

Packages are refundable only if no services within the package have been used. Once a service from a package has been redeemed, the package becomes non-refundable. Packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be used by the purchasing member.
