Reward points can be earned through eligible services, retail purchases, referrals, birthday rewards, online reviews, social media engagement, and other qualifying activities listed in the Rewards Program.
When are reward points added to my account?
Reward points are typically added after your appointment is completed or your eligible purchase has been finalized. Some promotional rewards may be added separately.
How do I check my reward point balance?
Your current reward point balance can be viewed through your Vagaro account. If you have any questions about your balance, you're always welcome to contact me and I'll be happy to assist you.
Do reward points expire?
No. Reward points never expire, so you can redeem them whenever you're ready. Continue enjoying your services and shopping for your favorite professional skincare products to keep earning even more rewards.
Do gift certificates earn reward points?
Reward points are awarded to the recipient when a gift certificate is redeemed for eligible services or retail purchases. Points are not awarded when the gift certificate is purchased.
Can reward points be transferred or redeemed for cash?
No. Reward points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between client accounts.
Can reward points be combined with VIP Membership pricing?
Yes. Reward points may be redeemed along with eligible VIP Member pricing unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotion.
Are all purchases eligible for reward points?
Most services and retail purchases qualify for reward points. Certain promotions, packages, gift certificate purchases, taxes, gratuities, and other excluded items may not be eligible unless specifically stated.

Participation in the Rewards Program and VIP Membership indicates acceptance of these program terms. Skincare by Tanya reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards Program, VIP Membership benefits, point values, eligible earning activities, redemption options, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect reward points already earned unless otherwise required by law.
